Over the years by using yoga and meditation I have created this deep relationship and understanding of my body. A relationship that I really needed to be able to manage my condition (Rheumatoid Arthritis).

I know now how I react so strong on a physical level to emotional stress, I truly believe that illness many times come from a mental and emotional level and everyday I am grateful to be able to connect to my body, my breath and my soul. That’s one of the main reasons I teach yoga If I can touch and teach just one person and make them understand how we are a whole package, we are powerful beings and we need to connect with ourselves, therefore with source I will feel that my purpose has been served. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
