Sound Healing Session

During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath the sound frequencies slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body’s system of self-healing.
A session can include crystal singing bowls,, chimes, ocean drum, Tibetan bowls, breathwork, guided meditation, or intuitive guidance. These tonal vibrations are placed on and around the body reaching into you at a cellular level. Sound is not only heard through the ears but it is felt with every sense of our being on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
These sound vibrations have a profound effect on the cells, organs, tissues, as well as the circulatory, metabolic and endocrine systems. A sound bath is a delicious way to nurture and nourish yourself.

Reiki Session

Developed by Mikao Usui In Japan in the early 1900’s, Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means “universal life energy”. The body has an energy field that is central to its health and proper functioning. This energy travels through pathways that can become blocked or weakened. Reiki is based on the fundamental principle that the body possesses the innate ability to heal itself.
Reiki involves the simple, gentle placement of hands on or above particular parts of the body including organs, glands and joints in order to create a smooth flow of energy throughout the body and facilitate relaxation and healing.
Experience the peace that will reemerge and the inner healing you will experience during your session of this gentle healing practice. When deeply relaxed, your body will recall its natural state and allow you to release the obstacles keeping you from feeling complete, alive and be completely you.

Mandala Therapy

Mandala is the Sanskrit for ‘circle’ or ‘completion’. When somebody creates a mandala it becomes a window for exploring one’s inner self.
This is meant to be a very personal and introspective activity and process, so the results are bound to vary. Again, it’s important to recognize that your mandala is a symbol, a reflection, of who you were when you created it. Ideally, the process of creating the mandala results in some form of self-healing, self-expression, and/or self-exploration.
With a mandala we get to explore our feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behaviors, reduce anxiety, and increase self-esteem. You also get to discover the aspects of your life and levels of consciousness that need to be harmonized and balanced.
