Italy with Anny - Bellissimo!!
I just returned home from our Italy retreat at La Rosa in Martina Franca in the Puglia region in the south of Italy with Anny. The beautiful memories have filled my heart and mind and soul with friendship and peace to last a lifetime. What a blessing to be treated to yoga with Anny every day. I can now breath and meditate so much better. Our small group of 7 ladies was so special and we were served food that is indescribable! Fresh and local and no meats, preservatives or hormones. The chef was so creative. My only complaint is the chef would not share her recipes LOL she is so creative that she likely has her recipes all in her head and not in paper. My yoga skills have leveled up and my quality of life and gratitude has abundantly changed. Thank you Anny for sharing your talent and friendship with our Italy group. I love you ❤️
